Quality policy
Frotex S.A. from the beginning of its existence is famous from its high quality
products and services. The brand of our company is recognisable on domestic and
foreign markets.
Nowadays we are still oriented on completing of our clients' expectations. Our
company uses best efforts to win trust of our clients. We can proof our company
approach by obtaining in 1997 Certificated System of Quality Guarantee, that fulfils
international condition of ISO 9001 standard and recently Quality Management System
according to PN-EN ISO 9001: 2000. That certificate obligates us to supervising
all production processes in company and keeping high level of management.
Furthermore, guided by our clients' needs, we put voluntary some of selected products
to the certification of accordance. Special importance of certificates, as proof
of particular requirements fulfilling, occurs in our special-use-fabric offer.
These fabrics due to its use have influence on safety of its consumers. Also growing
ecological awareness of our clients has influence on obtaining certificates proving
that our products fulfil humano-ecological requirements.
